• The prices listed on our website include taxes, shipping, and handling fees. However, please note that additional fees may be applied. Delivery times typically range from 7-10 business days. Please be aware that delivery dates for seasonal items, such as fruit, are subject to change depending on the harvest season.
• When ordering multiple items, delivery times for each item may vary in order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Please ensure that all address information is accurate to avoid any potential delivery delays. We can only guarantee delivery to the addresses provided, so please double-check all information before submitting your order.
• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or returned. Please be aware that fruit products may vary in quality and delivery times depending on harvest and weather conditions. To receive shipment tracking information, please provide your email address and the necessary phone numbers for both the sender and recipient(s).
• For wine deliveries, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Orders being shipped to Okinawa will require an additional $15 shipping fee per item, while wine orders to Okinawa will require an additional $40. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on weekends or federal holidays, and we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
